    parking on street is always full and the house has a underground car park but its not included in the rental. one night I had to park two streets away.

    It was a very relaxing, comfortable and enjoyable stay.
    Felt very safe. it was very private. Very convenient for the beach and restaurants. Felt very spacious.

    Good location, property clean arrival and cleaned regularly, outside areas, good size villa for eight people
    To many rules puts you on edge, internet not available all over the house, not enough sunbeds for everyone, quality of some equipment poor for money paid, to much paperwork before arrival

    There's much better in Fuerteventura then Tinajas
    Home is nice and well equipped
    1 Rules of this place are something very far from the warm welcome way I expect. We were told once booked they wanted to receive a bank transfer of 500 euros as potential damage deposit. Pity we booked 2 days before leaving and couldn't be sure of the transfer timing.. I have propose to pay cash at the check in but no way, or they have receive the transfer on time you can access the house. 2 Wedding Bedrooms don't have any sun protection, in the morning you will get up with the sun in the eyes!! 3 Noise: you can't do anything as a host but they build other house in front of you Avery day so you enjoy listening men working every afternoon There is much better place you can book in Fuerteventura, bye bye Tinajas never catching up again
