The service is pathetic.

Make sure to book this in extreme urgency if you not getting any option left. The service is pathetic. They ordered food outside and keep some commission which they called as service charge. I hardly recommend this as a option to stay.

The pool resembled a small pond, there was no view from the villa on buildings in the surrounding

Our stay at this property was disappointing and far from what was depicted in the pictures. The pool resembled a small pond, there was no view from the villa except for surrounding buildings, and the host's demanding attitude included requesting full payment in advance. I strongly advise against booking this place as it's likely to negatively impact your outing.

perfect stay

this property has a positive vibe. throughout our stay, we felt happiness from within. we had such a good time here. we played, we laughed, we swam and we ate :D the coordination with the host was just perfect. she offered free meals for kids. the caretaker is very co operative. the pool was clean and the lawn was maintained. the rooms are spacious and most importantly the washrooms were clean. the kitchen was clean and the oven was functional too. over all everything was well kept. we are going back to titan villa again.

a happy trip

the location is very convenient. all the entertainment zones are just 5 to 7 mins away. multiple restaurants 5 mins away yet the villa is located in a peaceful surrounding. i must say the property is very well kept, neat and clean. the host was flexible and co operative to allow us early check in without any extra charge. the best part about this property is it has a glass room on the top floor which has an amazing panoramic view. we tried a few dishes made by the caretaker and it was good. i must say we had a perfect trip. will definitely recommend it to family and friends and other travellers.

Great location, nice valley view

The property was exactly like the pictures. Neat and clean There are so many things that makes me feel we chose the right property. First of all the location is perfect. Prime location. Right next to velocity entertainments, cheese factory and mapro garden. Mahabaleshwar is just 10 mins away by car. Secondly, the glass room has great view of nature, valley view, dam view and the river view. Something that we people miss seeing in the cities. It was all foggy in the morning and we all were so excited to experience that. The caretaker cooks well and is welcoming. The host was always available and obliged our requests immediately. Would surely go back to make more memories. Thank you

Beautiful valley view

The property is very well maintained. The pool was v clean and it also has a lawn area. The caretakers made our stay comfortable and relaxed as we didn't have to worry about our meals. Everything was taken care of. The host made sure we were comfortable and the arrangements were made accordingly. Must say, the host is v co operative. The best thing about this property is the glass room on the top floor. It has a panoramic view of the dam, valley and Krishna river. We sat there and enjoyed the scenery and played cards for hours. We had a lovely time. Would highly recommend the place to all. Thank you team Titan to give us such lovely memories.

Simply loved the prime location of the villa ! The view from the property is just amazing. The host was very cooperative and Friendly. The interiors of the property are very beautiful and well maintained. The caretakers Sushma and Sunil are well-behaved and helpful, They make good food too ! The property including swimming pool and lawn is very well maintained. All this makes the stay extremely comfortable and pleasurable. We'll surely plan a trip once again to this beautiful property. Thankyou for giving such good memories !
