    Lovely Townhouse which exceeded our expectations
    Everything was provided for a comfortable stay, We had milk for teas and coffees and eggs, bread, butter and cereal for breakfast in the morning. There was plenty of hot water for a welcome bath as we had been travelling in the rain with train delays all day. There were fluffy towels and plenty of bathroom essentials.
    We didnt receive the welcome e mail with the entrance code unti the day after we arrived. and although we had the password for the internet we didnt have the network so had to try six different ones before we found the right one which was post office so seemed the most unlikrly

    This property is not suitable to stay during the winter months as the heating arrangements arent adequate enough.
    The property was well presented and had most things you would need. It was kind to leave some tea / coffee making facilities and something for breakfast
    The property was freezing. The owners had programmed the heating to come on but it was never on when we were in and didnt come on at all in the morning. Heating needs to be determined by the guests not by the owners. Some was also constantly bleeping like a battery was running out Unknown to us the cleaner had also left the windows open in the bedroom behind the blinds so we were unaware which made it even colder We were unable to shower as something was left bleaching in the bath and we could find a bathroom cleaning product besides which it was to cold

    Nice convenient property.
    Handy location for central Poulton with supermarkets 2 mins away. Comfortable and warm. Quiet inside. Lovely that breakfast ingredients were provided.
    No cafetire or coffee machine. (Sorry fussy about instant coffee but not uncommon). Parking outside not always possible and tricky pull out onto road at busy periods. You have to be careful about overstaying at supermarket car park. Ended up parking a short walk away which was ok.

    Very good value for money and would definitely use again
    Very clean, good facilities and lovely to have breakfast food provided
    Staircase was very narrow. Also having to go up and down narrow steps to cross to the bathroom. OK so long as you dont need the loo in the night!

    Lovely house close to everything
    This house was perfect and everything we needed. Four of us stayed here to attend a family members party in poulton. Perfect location. Close to everything. Having the Little extras like cereal,milk, eggs, bread etc was a lovely touch. Will definitely stay again in the future.

    Perfect for us, would definitely stay again.
    Location excellent, close enough to many bars, restaurants, shops etc but not noisy. Particularly liked proximity to Supermarkets for supplies. We found parking easy and free, got parked almost outside the door. Small courtyard at the back caught the sun. Have family in Poulton and have previously stayed in hotels when we have visited but all are a drive away so this was a much more enjoyable stay being within walking distance of everything. The property was ideal with plenty of space for the 2 of us. Nick responded promptly to a query we had. The welcome pack was much appreciated.
    The stairs were ok for us but probably wouldnt be suitable for someone elderly. My partner would have liked a blind in the bathroom as, although it probably wasnt overlooked, she wasnt comfortable showering in front of the window which was only partially covered with a privacy film.

    Perfect in every way
    The property was perfect everything we needed right there including parking the breakfast offered in the property was great .The townhouse was lovely decorated and very clean beds were comfy .. yes I would definitely stay there again right in the centre of town walked everywhere and enjoyed every minute .. Thank you for a lovely stay which I might say was very reasonably priced
