People, be careful. I paid for the reservation at the hotel on the spot, in cash. But the hotel figured out that it was necessary to reserve money in my bank account. Money is frozen from 26.12.23, today is 02.01.24 and still it is frozen. And if it was my last money in the account, what would I do on the trip??? And still, there are no radiators in the rooms, there is not even a towel dryer- where do guests dry wet clothes and shoes? I haven't had it anywhere yet, terribly sad that it happened in a place as beautiful as Innsbruck... :(

Hotel with great view on the surrounding mountains, but expensive parking.

The view from the breakfast area is amazing. Coupled with a varied and tasty breakfast, I really enjoyed my mornings at the hotel. The room was good, whilst being rather small. The bathroom was clean.

Using the parking lot costs an additional 15 Euros per night. This was not mentioned during the booking process. Upon arrival on Christmas evening we were greeted in a rather unfriendly manner by the receptionist. The next day we had contact with another receptionist, who was quite friendly.

Good hotel at a convenient location in Innsbruck

The hotel is easily accessible from the highway. The underground garage is very convenient. We have booked the King suite with kitchenette, which was spacious and nice. The bathroom has floor heating and an excellent walk in shower.

The beds were not so comfortable, especially the sofa bed in the living room. The pillows were too thin and soft. The carpeted floors are in need of a more thorough cleaning.

The hotel is easy reachable from flixbus (10 mins walking). Not complicated to reach the centrum of the city (quite nice trip around 20 mins). I really liked the slanted windows (the room expands up to the ceiling). Nice mountain view from the window. Very convenient that the wardrobe is organized as a separate room (conveniently, it expands to the ceiling). I enjoyed that breakfast was organized on 11 floor with amazing view around. Unfortunately only breakfast is available there, then it is closed. The dinner is available only in bar near the reception. The hotel has sauna and couple of treadmills on 12 (last) floor. It is free for visitors 24/7, towels are available at the entrance. One note - big rooms (3 persons+) are located at edges of building (see the photo). Our room was one-room (marked on the map by red font). Its location is one window north and one window east. The big road and stadium is on south. The others three rooms on edges the building are 2 rooms.

Very nice hotel

About 15/20 min walk from the train station. Staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke very well English. Room was clean and comfortable.

We had a problem with the key (card) to our room that wasnt working and didnt get fixed while we were there.
