    We had a great time at this property. Great location, clean and tidy. Lake view with great sunsets.
    The property was a good size, good location, the hot tub was a bonus that kept the kids quite for hours.
    Unfortunately because of the very heavy rain the roof leaked in multiple locations.

    Great place for a catch up with old friends!
    Heaps of space, had everything that we needed, warm and comfortable
    Had asked for the fold out couch to be made up but it wasnt. All good though, we made do.

    The separation of the living areas, the garden outlook as well as the lake view. Had everything we needed.
    Access to the car park next to the house was blocked by a front garden and bush (it was a long vehicle).

    Great holiday home for a large group, plenty of space. Would stay again!
    The whole place was perfect - we travelled to Taupo for a kids rugby tournament. The rooms were great, plenty of space for all the kids and adults. The lounge was spacious and the outdoor area out the back was big enough for the kids to run around. Plenty of bathrooms throughout the house too. Would definitely stay again!

    Double bed downstairs was very hard. Maybe add a topper Single beds were very narrow for adults A few more basics like pegs, al foil, champagne glasses etc would be good Upstairs floorboards noisy for downstairs bedrooms
