Perfect stay on a central location in Puglia

The resort has everything to offer you are looking for. Breakfast is nice, the coffee is great as you would expect in Italy. The resort has a central location for visiting Puglia, especially the region between Bari, Brindisi and Taranto.

Checkout at 10:00 feels a little bit on the early side. An extra hour for checking out would be very much appreciated.

Very disappointing experience. Our expectation of a spa hotel was not met at all

First impression was quite good. Good breakfast

We booked the hotel for our last two days of our holiday because we wanted to relax in a wellness hotel with some relaxing treatments. However, our expectations were not met at all. All treatments, even the simple visit of the sauna was not included in the cost and prices were extraordinary expensive. The beach directly at the hotel was quite uncomfortable. And finally, there was a party at the rooftop of an external group of people at our last day. Because of that the hotel guests could not use that area. Furthermore, the music was really loud until after midnight and we could not sleep at our last night before heading to the airport quite early the morning after.

Very good

The pools and surroundings were beautiful. Everywhere kept very clean and well maintained. Food was delicious and plentiful.

I thought the pods were single but found out they veered divided into 3 units. Our neighbours tvs could be clearly heard and disturbed our sleep. I thought we may have had some tea/coffee making facilities in the room but this was not the case.

Staff at the restaurant was unfriendly / rude. We had to find a table by ourselves and arrange some cutlery. They also talked bad about us in Italian.

Great resort, we were here in October. We didnt use the facilities because we used it as base to visit the area

Breakfast is a broad assortment, but also a lot of sweet bread like stuff.

Nice and pleasant resort, staff perfect, cleanliness absolute. Two pools (one really big with salty water) as an addition to a dreamlike sea.

The breakfast was O.K., but each day the same. Rich enough for one or two days, but not for one week stay. Nevertheless the main negative comment is the absence of steps to the sea - you have to go in (and out of) the water directly from the rock, which is quite sharp. It is uncomfortable and dangerous. Hard to understand this in such - in other respects - very good resort.
