    Perfect short stay.
    Very clean; comfortable bed, super spacious room, friendly hosts. Excellent breakfast with a good selection to choose from. Exceptional value for money.
    Nothing to dislike, good position for a base to travel around. Only slight niggle with the shower, where the sensitive trip switch stopped our hot water; otherwise would have given it a perfect score.

    Super comfortable, clean and comfy. The breakfast was lovely too. Super find.
    The pictures do not give the room justice. In reality the room was really modern, warm and comfy.

    The host,very welcoming,very friendly. The location and its close proximity to the sea front.
    Not the hosts fault,we are to people over 6 foot tall,so bed was a little short for us,so not a lot can be done about that..we are not cutting our feet off !

    Friendly and welcoming place to stay close to the seafront.
    Our hosts were very accommodating and helpful, the room was comfortable and furnished to a high standard and the breakfast was great.
    There is normally parking in the streets around the hotel, however as there was a rugby match on the evening we arrived it was a bit more challenging to find a space. fortunately we were able to find a space around the corner.

    A gem of a place to stay in Penzance
    A great find! This is more of a guest house than a hotel and we had lovely friendly service throughout. Excellent location in a wide tree-lined avenue with ample free parking, yet a nice walk through Penlee Park to the centre of town, plus the bonus of an excellent Thai restaurant and the sea front at the end of the road. Our room was fab - the top of the house and more like a suite with bed, en suite and sitting area. Breakfasts were lovely - I highly recommend the omelette! Our hosts were delightful.
