    Comfortable, satisfied, awesome
    This is my place to stay each time I visit corpus christi. Staff has always been professional and a nice welcome each time. I missed the big TX waffle at breakfast, but hopefully I'll get it on my next visit. It was raining in CC this time so I just stayed in my room staying warm. Nice comfortable bed. For now this hotel is my place and have been staying there every year I visit CC. I recommend Town Suites highly. Thank you staff for everything and also the lady that prepares the breakfast. Awesome!

    Filthy and hidden fees charges.
    Location
    The service and the room and everything inside. Hidden fees like parking fee despite it states it is free on their website . Breakfast is nasty and room furniture are all torn and floor and vents are filthy. Dishwasher is broken and moldy. I was charged different room rate from 3hat booking.com stated when I first booked and sent an email to inquire about. Never got an answer. Save your money as you would definitely get ripped off and they would not provide you with no answers. Location might be good but there is so many good hotels around in that same location amd far much better by a lot than this one. Pictures are included to show you how filthy and unclean the rooms are.

    Hidden charges and not comfy beds.
    I like the l9cation of it.
    It is not clean and staff are unfriendly and they have hidden charges for sure and once I quired about. Story never ends to convince you why there a hidd3n charge of what booking.com tell you .

    Way too expensive for a really bad service.
    Breakfast was fine. Not remarkable but they had fruits, eggs, coffee, bread, cupcakes and waffles.
    They did not say anywhere that they were going to charge me with a pet fee. I was forced to pay a $100 fee for my pet when I arrived. Then, when I got back I discovered that they charged me $114 in my credit card. I did not agree on such payment. It is abusive. Additionally, they did not even cleaned our room. Elevators and comun areas were not clean either. It was way too expensive for that bad service. I won't go back to any hotel of this chain ever again.

    The room was was clean and easily accessible.
    They informed me of another room, so I said sure, not realizing they were going to charge me for a room change.
