The location as usual. The breakfast is great. The staff is exceptional.

This chamber in particular wasn't clean, I found a sock from the previous occupant... The cleaning system of the toilet didn't work, not the flush. The beds and pillows weren't comfortable this time.

Friendly staff. Breakfast included. Located close to the train station. Quiet and spacious room.

Hotel lacks atmosphere, Direct neighbourhood is not very safe after dark. Bathroom is cramped and fully made out of plastic. Towels are thin and small - more like handkerchiefs.

It is a nice place, with nice location, I definitely would return.

-The toilet flush has a special device to clean yourself with water: it works, indeed :) - The localization is very good. Close to St. Charles Station, it provides everyone with a direct line between Marseille Provence Airport-St. Charles, using line 91. If you don't want to spend lots of money on a taxi to the airport, this is a must. The neighborhood looks like a place for workers, not sure if that is the case. The fact is, in my experience, I felt safe at any moment there, and I walked late in the streets. However is not super close to the historic center, so you may have to use the metro or walk for more than 30 minutes. - The staff was very friendly and helpful always. - My room was quiet. I like that, but I am not sure if this was because my room was at the highest floor.

- The towels are really small and thin - The cleaning was not super good, as the toiled was not properly cleaned one day. - The breakfast is good and sufficient, but you have to go to a line and ask the staff for bread, cheese, coffee, and ham using a tray. These things are not available to you to serve yourself. You can serve other things like snacks, for example. The place for breakfast looks like a horrid experience, it is not cozy or enjoyable. It looks like they are feeding you like cattle. But it is not super bad, on the second day you get used and the staff is very polite when serving you.
