    very cozy and cute bungalow
    very nice bungalow. very beautiful landscape Close to the tourist area but very quiet. Good restaurants very close. We rented a motorcycle and everything was perfect.
    Our bungalow was close to the trees and on windy nights things would fall on the roof making a lot of noise.

    Another very warm welcome at the TP Hut Bungalows.. I have stayed here so many times now and brought many friends along too, This place has everything I need for a short stay or long stay on the beautiful Koh Chang... Rooms are very clean and serviced daily, the staff are very helpful and friendly, your hosts will help you in any way they can.. Excellent place to relax in the quiet and peaceful surroundings..
    Only thing I dislike is having to leave...

    Staff was not available most of the time , rude if you ask information about anything . Dont even bother to help you with charging plug for a moment even though she have it . Fan was very slow and making noise . Drinking water was not good . Customer service was very bad .

    We just stay there one day and next morning we left immediately
    The place is in a nature
    Although we stayed only a night there he charged us for 2 nights. We did check in for 2 days but before check in time we kindly send message to him and told our bus can't be on time there and we miss the ferry if we take bus and we told we will come the second day. He answered us next morning and told if we don't pay him for 2 days he will complain about us to Thai immigration. That is absolutely wrong attitude and a black mail. He was so rude when we talked on phone and although we said we are coming there he still consist of to charge us for 2 nights that we didn't stay. Moreover when we asked can you do samething to Europeans he said he behaves same to Thai people. He didn't answer first yes I do same for Europeans. As we understand he does discrimination. We are using booking for many years and we are a travelling couple travelling all around the world. We never came across with that kind of situation. If you can be selective about your client nobody lives the samething we lived.

    Great location, close to lotus, big C Quiet area Clean Comfortable bed
    Owner dog was a bit aggressive, at night he was laying on the way to the toilet, we must to take a round way by other bungalows just to avoid this dog. Cold shower only Wifi wasn't good enough sometimes
