Woefully inadequate for the price.

The location and the layout of the house.

We stayed 3 nights had one washcloth each which was threadbare and essentially a rag. Needs new linens all around. . The coffee maker took about 30 minutes to make a pot. Very limited room to back out and need to inform renters who have a full size suv or truck that it is almost impossible to do so. The door knob to the inside of the master bedroom pulls off. No clocks in bedrooms. All curtains need replacement as they were saggy, and old. There was no body wash in the second bathroom. The instructions to connect to the Internet left out one period which made it impossible to login until we noticed a little sign in the home that had the correct login information. The kitchen counter had several burnt marks.

It was very clean. We enjoyed the convenient location. It lacked nothing.

Our stay exceeded our expectations and the communication between myself and managers was excellent. I will say the picture that is offered to show off the house does not do it justice. It is much nicer than the photograph.

No complaints.

Excellent time in Northern Sedona

The place was very clean and neat. It had everything that you expect when renting a home. The location was spectacular since you could see a mountain right out the side door. Overall, we loved the place.

Not a big issue at all but the master bath shower head was not very strong. Further, I prefer a removable wand so rinsing off is easier. Again not an issue, just mentioning it.
