Expected more for the price paid

Location wise was close to the Disney Parks, about 1 mile. With the ART bus (you pay for buss passes) was very helpful! A lot cheaper than paying for the Disney Garage parking. Gas station is near by & few blocks up the road, are some common fast food places, Walmart was also near by.

Beds were very small, did not feel like queen size. Parking was small, didnt seem like much especially when trying to find parking late night. Our room encountered a huge spider, ants in our bathroom, door was cracked along the trimming & security lock was loose, did not stay in place. Around door lock area was in bad shape to where you could see the bolt lock (at this point we placed the chair in the room in front of door & our suitcases for extra self security) being on first floor, upstairs guests were bit loud. Could hear just about everything from outside. Breakfast is offered, but wasnt something to brag about. Cereal, packaged danishes, waffles you make yourself, but even those wouldnt cook properly with the machine provided. Beds & pillows were highly uncomfortable. I expected more coming from this chain hotel, as Ive stayed at others in other city locations, this one by far did not meet any expectations especially with the price paid.
