Nice and quiet stay

The hotel staff is very helpful and humble.

The hotel bed are not very comfortable. This is the one thing that can be increased. Otherwise everything else is quite good.

Introduce customer care

Facility is good but the man managing is not. He did not help with emergency contact when someone took ill, messed up transport booking, no one answers the phone, mobile number Rajesh gave never connects. Everything you ask is a NO. They can easily give people good experience simply by giving information and providing basic service.
