This is the most disgusting travel booking service I have ever received. I always book from make my trip, but this time I thought of giving bookin.com a try. But alas I was slapped in the face with a cancelled booking, when I reached from Mumbai to Andhra Pradesh with 18 persons. No help. They sold our rooms at a higher price. They told me to cancel the booking made by me in my app and that they didn't have any rooms for us.
I had booked 9 rooms for 3 days in hotel Capital de alphabet, kakinada.
They told me upon arrival that they unilaterally cancelled my booking for 9 rooms and did not bother to inform me at all. They said i should have paid advance 13000, whereas in its terms booking.com said payment will be taken directly at the property in cash. No advance payment was asked from me. I had to struggle in an unknown place with a bus full of 18 people.
My whole travel was spoiled because of your fraudulent services. My relatives being lawyers themselves. We r going to file case in the Consumer Dispute Redressal Commission immediately for such false assurances and dummy bookings by you. This is gross deficiency in service by you.
