    Such a steal for the location, the service and the facilities!
    Location and amenities. The bathroom was even so fragrant! Equipments are sufficient for a short stay with 10months old baby. Eventhough you only get 1 card per room, the fridge will not turn off just because you pull out the access card
    The access to park your car is not that straightforward as you will require the security to open the gate for you. Also, prior checking-in you will need to walk the stairs to the reception. After check-in/gaining access then you can use the elevator straight from the side of restaurant / welcoming lobby.

    Overall. Specially interior design how they decorated the lobby. And staff is outstanding
    Hot water is not coming out quickly need to waiting 10min....

    Good option in the heart of Jakarta
    Design, location and amenities. Comfortable for a weekly stay. The receptionist, sisca, was helpful and attentive. Recommended!
    No microwave in the room which I think would be more useful than the stove. It maybe a good idea to have one in a communal room. There was also loud noise from construction in the building (which should be mentioned in the booking page). But the staff accommodated my request to change the room and I managed to get a quiet one on the 3rd floor.

    My 3rd time since 2018, and every year I get a smaller apt. for the same price. (:
    The biggest downfall of this hotel is the STAIRS you have to climb to get to the lobby and floors 2 and 3. Also, Being charged 100k Rupiah for xtra key is a little to much. Hot in Public areas too.
    Lift from the ground level. No body in Lobby at 730 AM, To many stairs. Construction going on. Wifi was hit or Miss. In 2023, there is NO EXCUSE Not to have fast WIFI!

    Very comfortable hotel, just 15 minutes walk to Russian's Embassy. Room was fresh and clean with all necessary staff, hotel also has very comfortable co-working zone, where I had opportunity to work and made few Zoom calls because of flight delay.
