Great hotel, recommended ! Just keep hospitality high pls

The welcome was very warm, I was even allowed to have a room earlier in the day. The reception staff was always kind and accommodating. The rooms are good size, great shower, nice ambiance and very conveniently located, metro and bus lines just 3-5 min away if needed. Great option for Paris !

The cleaning lady of my floor (6) was rude and despotic. The first day she kept knocking on the door as if rushing me to leave so she could clean, even though its my holiday and I can wake up or leave whenever I want. When I did come out she received me with a visible annoyed look, as if I was an inconvenience to her. Second day, checkout, moment 12:00 hit the clock she knocked in my door telling me I had to leave and would come back again 5 minutes after to hurry me and not leave my door. I left the room 12:06 and she was fuming. I am aware checkout is at 12, yet this is hardly the way to treat ANY guests and there are better and more polite ways to treat your guests.
