Very good

Double charge left a bad taste in my mouth

The location was great. My daughter had an interview with LMU, so the location was very convenient.

I paid for the hotel through Booking.com on November 24th. We arrived at the hotel on the 29th. A few days later the hotel charged for the room again. I noticed charges on December the 2nd. Whenever I called, I was told to send a copy of the credit card statement showing the double charge. I, in fact, did that. In correspondence with them, through email, over the past 3 weeks, they continue to tell me that they are waiting for the third party confirmation of payment. Its been almost a month and this is yet to be resolved.

Expected more for what we paid. Very disappointed.

Location of hotel was close to our reason for being in Knoxville.

To be a division of Hilton, not what i expected. carpet in halls were dirty, didn't look like they had been vacuumed in weeks. The floor in our room had not been swept or vacuumed. Shower had mold in it. Toilet paper felt like paperbags. Advised the staff that we were there for medical appointment and needed extra thirty minutes for check out. Staff knocked on door twice trying to hurry us. Noise from interstate awful.

pre thanksgiving leisure chiefs mini break

Location was great, breakfast could have better items on the menu, for example toast or pancake maker, biscuit and gravy. Need orange juice, cranberry or apple juice and water bottles or machine. Also hash browns or potatoes.
