Excellent service and super cute, fun environment

Ladies at the front desk were so sweet and the place is super cute. Pool table, and all kinds of stuff to do there.

Not the place for relaxing.

The location and the rooms were small but very nice.

I didn't not enjoy my stay because the noise was out of control. Sounds of running and jumping and banging from 7pm Saturday until I checked out Sunday. Sunday morning I had to turn my TV up to mask out the constant dog barking. I didn't enjoy breakfast due to unsupervised kids coughing over the serving area and banging balls together at the pool table. The quiet hours sign is a waste of money. When I went to the front desk about the noise at a little before 9 she shared that someone else had the same complaint? She stated she came on the 3rd floor but couldn't tell where it was coming from? Well I was on the 3rd floor and it appeared to be above me and was absolutely unbearable..I have never been so ready to leave a hotel in my life. I travel a lot for work and personal and I have NEVER experienced a stay such as this, not even when I stayed at the same location as those from a baseball tournament. I chose this hotel because we were in town to shop and it's close to the movies but for our next trip I would rather travel clean across town than take a chance with Noise Valley...my boys and I travel once a month for our mini vacations this has been the worst experience by far...I am sad, hurt and highly disappointed.
