    Nothing, I wasnt allowed to check in because some random receptionist decided not to. And of course since it was a non refundable reservation I paid for not staying, the receptionist said that I have to show my physical credit card that I booked with, when I told him that I used a virtual one he said that is not possible to let us in, Ive used booking.com before and I know thats not the case.

    The bathroom caulk was old, disgusting. The inside of the bathroom door had toothpaste spatter when we arrived and hadn't been cleaned in the almost 2 weeks we were there. Shower went from very hot to cold, continue...

    Good location, go with reasonable expectations, and its good value for money
    The hotel is very well located, around 10 min walk from the medina. The room was a good size overall, with most amenities you would want. I enjoyed the smaller quiet pool, and found there were plenty of beds for sunbathing around the property. Food was ok, there was plenty of choice, and you could find something to eat most days - but we decided to eat out, as it wasn't to our standards really and theres lots of places to eat nearby. The breakfast omelettes were very good (made to order) - but the chefs could learn about cross contamination between meat and non-meat dishes (using same utensils/bowls). The staff were friendly, and helpful. Its not a 5 star experience, but the hotel doesnt claim to be. As long as you have reasonable expectations, you will find that this is good value for money.

    The white wine was not very good at all, but i managed to find that the sparkling wine was more palatable. The towels should have been replaced a long time ago - tatty, scratchy and grey. I would have preferred to have had a seperate bathroom, it was integrated into the bedroom with a partial wall divider, so it didnt feel like there was enough privacy. Wardrobe space was very small - and we could have done with removable clothes hangers, as we stuggled to steam iron our clothes. We found that the evening entertainment was very noisy and loud in our room - but it ended at 11pm, so we didnt have to put up with it too much.

    Fabulous hotel in the Medina.
    Fantastic buffet, best vegan and vegetarian spread we have ever seen. Also plenty of fish and meat dishes. Nice facilities, plenty of activities and very good staff. Close to the heart of the Medina.
