Passable

Compared to previous visits in years past, which where nice, this visit was very dissatifiying.

It Lack substance

Staff member was pleasant but seem to lack training on finding reservations. It took nearly 30 to 45 minutes to get checked in both times we came in. She had to consult with another staff member over the phone in order to find reservation both times.

Absolutely terrible.

Its was a rip off of the Hyatt place that was there before.

It was dirty, grungy, and depressing. Not living up to the standards on the site at all. I left and went and booked at a different hotel.

The bathroom shower curtain was to short, allowing water to get onto the floor. The desk clerk could not find our reservation when we arrived, She had to call somebody and still had a problem finding the reservation. The clerk was veery plesant and apologetic bu seem to lack some training

Get less than what you pay for.

Location was close to restaurants and a drug store

Greasy headboards, ripped curtains, broken AC, broken shower head, uncomfortable mattresses, strong smoke odor (no change of room supposedly available), continental breakfast (NOT what is advertised) with no protein or hot choices, thin overused linens, broken ice machine, staff put up hand written 'away' signs and were not at desk

Disappointing

You live you learn. I won't go back

The location was fine. And the staff was pleasant.

My bed was broken. The shower leaked out onto the floor causing me to slip. The elevator was broken we had to walk to the upper floors.

Superb

Will stay again next trip to Tulsa. Saved money in a quality hotel.

Very peaceful and nice quality type hotel, staff was friendly, enjoyed our short stay. Bfast was basic but good and quick, very clean.

Terrible

I liked the location.

When I booked my reservation said "Hyatt Place" and when I arrived the building said "Hyde Park". That is false advertising and I never would have booked if I knew it wasn't a Hyatt Place. The building is old. The elevators did not work. There was hair on my towels and bed linen, so the room was not cleaned. The shower was old and cracked. The Breakfast was just cereal, muffins, and coffee.

The hotel was clean

The breakfast was not what was stated. It was toast bagels and cereal. That was one of the main reasons I picked the hotel, to get a hot breakfast so that I wouldn't have to buy it. Help save money.
