Mould on bathroom door, on bathroom floor and the outdoor patio area. Both the shower and the outdoor pool had cruddy black goop on it. Dishwasher broken. Seems like nothing ongoing investment and care in the premises- run down

A good place to stay when travelling between Sydney and Melbourne
We had the one bed unit number 1, which was close to town, just over the bridge to the shops / restaurants.
The room had a view through the gardens to the inlet.

We would stay there again but perhaps not in peak season as the peak prices seem very high.
We liked the proximity to the beach and shops and the view.
We ran out of towels and binliners and our room was not cleaned and these items replenished while we were out for the day. I can only assume it was because we left at around 11am and perhaps we had to be out of the room earlier. Not sure. We did go to the office to ask for the items but it was closed. It was Xmas so we were not too concerned. We used our beach towels on the second day and we made do with shopping bags for bin liners.

Wasn't told upon check in that you had to specially request to have basic crockery and utensils in the room. Only had cups and glasses no plates, bowls, knife etc.

Holiday was pleasant but not ideal for a couple with no kids
Was in a lovely town close to beach
Plumbing noise.
Noice of late night antics coming from room next door. Thin walls made the noise unpleasant and also the kid on his scooter in room above was annoying.

It was an enjoyable experience! :-)
It was very convenient to access and close by to lots of shops and food places. Easy to book and communicate with staff when needed. Comfy and clean room, and access to extra toiletries as well. Staff were also polite and helpful.
Parking lots were very tight and at awkward angles - difficult to squeeze into at times. Cleaning staff were good and consistently came to clean but at times did not check the room before using their keys to enter.
