Location, staff, continental breakfast. Overall very pleasant
Rooms super small for price about 1 foot from bottom of bed from wall. Difficult to manoeuvre to get to bathroom in the night. Coffee making facilities in corner of room on lower shelf. No where to put suitcases that werent in the way or knocking in to them.

Rubbish. Not worth the money. Stay at the travelodge instead
It was convenient location
The staff attitude was terrible. Felt that we had inconvenienced them by turning up. Told what to do rather than asking me. Pokey little room that I was made to feel grateful for as it had just been refurbished but the pictures do not represent reality. I would never stay here again. Really put a damper on our trip and couldnt wait to leave

Very good
London hotels are dearer than most so value proposition isn't there
Location is around the Earls Court Tube station so easy to walk it. Rooms are good but got Antique looking furniture mass produced in China so that should say it all. Breakfast was a wonderful delight although limited in option was fresh and good in taste.

My phone got stolen on the way to the hotel from Holborn, I called the hotel and spoke to the manger - Veronica to inform what had happened and I even informed TFL and Transport police.
The manger had no customer service skill, empathy to the situation and no people skills overall. She was extremely rude, she did not listen to me and blame me for what happened!
I was in distress and TFL had been amazing trying to help me throughout the way. The way the manager dealt with my situation was appalling when I tried to cancel the booking and get my refund because I need to get back and didnt feel safe to travel to the hotel.
The manger Veronica needs a proper customer service and people skills as she clearly has no idea what shes doing and the way she dealt with with my issue was terrible!!!!!!
I would definitely think twice before staying at this hotel as I have never ever received such service from a hotel before.
Veronica refused to help me raise a complaint and asked me to do this myself! Until I asked her to speak to her General manger.
I will never consider to stay at this hotel! Do not expect professional service from this hotel.
