Great position next to M1, really welcoming staff. Very comfortable bed, good reading lights, clean bathroom good shower.

Large bedroom, excellent bar and restaurant and very helpful and friendly staff that make the place extra special

Period between Christmas and New Year so heating was inconsistent in public areas.

Our second visit... Welcome and over all staff were exemplary. Recommend if looking for an underpriced overnight stop. Has its own bar and restaurant and only minutes off the M1

Superb

A small and friendly hotel with a comfortable room and a modern en-suite bathroom

The staff were amiable and helpful. The room was very comfortable, cosy, and modern. The decor looked quite new, with a comfortable, large king-size bed. A lovely en-suite bathroom and we liked the walk-in shower. The facilities were good and practical.

I think the rendered part of the building would look better if it was painted the same colour as the doors. It would enhance the look of the building and would be more appealing when people are booking.

Very good

A good choice of food was nice, breakfast was very nice, room was a reasonable size, bathroom was cold as heater didn't seem to work.

the carpet was not very clean as it had hair on it were someone must have been using the hair dryer.

Will not be going back

The suite was nice and a good size with a little decked area which was lovely

We were informed on arrival that there was a party that night which happened to be right outside our room and continued late in to the night with loud music, this made it hard to sleep until extremely late, no alternative option given or discount.... Ruined what would have been a lovely night and had we know of the event we would have found other accommodation. The staff have no customer service skills at all and the man in the bar/restaurant completely ignored me on multiple occasions and when he did start to take my order just walked off before taking it all.... Left me waiting for 20min then wondered back out to see what the rest of my order was then walked off again.... Food was cold, no service and unorganized.

No meals available between 2 and 5.30 which after a long drive was disappointing

Disappointing

Hotel was clean but we had terrible experience with light & heating system

Location was poor , it was in the middle of no where , quite high price , had terrible experience as all the night electricity break down issue, hotel generator were not working properly and room were too cold for us & kid .
