Exceptional

The location was great. We had a car, so being a 10-minute drive to town was ideal. Having access to a washing machine and dryer was very handy to keep clothes clean during a week long stay. It was very cold when we were there but the heating in the accommodation was very good and at no point was it cold. The host was so friendly and helpful. When we go back to Iceland, we will definitely be looking at this accommodation again.

No TV, my only critique would be to have a TV in the room. Handy for those who stay a little longer.

Very nice and good facilities

We only stayed for a short time but we liked it a lot. Very close to one of the main bus stops. Facilities were great.

The walls in the bathroom were a little bit dirty and need to be cleaned.

The kitchen needs a cleaning ASAP!

- Location is great if you want to stay out of the city - Parking - Size of a room

Ubak was the worst place we stayed during our vacation in Iceland. I wouldnt booked it again. The kitchen needs massive cleaning. When we came the garbage bins were completly full, there is just some olds cooking plate and there was dirt everywhere you look - just look at the fotos. If they manage to clean it better it cold be a one night option on you way to longer trip. Beside that, the owners came to ask us to move a car in very not friendly way. We parked it in-frond of the house but it seem like its only for them. So we needed to dress up and move a car 50 meter away on a street. Overall we didnt understand the difference of such a small distance and he showed it very clearly that he was unhappy with us parking there.
