    The location was great. We had a car, so being a 10-minute drive to town was ideal. Having access to a washing machine and dryer was very handy to keep clothes clean during a week long stay. It was very cold when we were there but the heating in the accommodation was very good and at no point was it cold. The host was so friendly and helpful. When we go back to Iceland, we will definitely be looking at this accommodation again.
    No TV, my only critique would be to have a TV in the room. Handy for those who stay a little longer.

    We only stayed for a short time but we liked it a lot. Very close to one of the main bus stops. Facilities were great.
    The walls in the bathroom were a little bit dirty and need to be cleaned.

    The kitchen needs a cleaning ASAP!
    - Location is great if you want to stay out of the city - Parking - Size of a room
    Ubak was the worst place we stayed during our vacation in Iceland. I wouldnt booked it again. The kitchen needs massive cleaning. When we came the garbage bins were completly full, there is just some olds cooking plate and there was dirt everywhere you look - just look at the fotos. If they manage to clean it better it cold be a one night option on you way to longer trip. Beside that, the owners came to ask us to move a car in very not friendly way. We parked it in-frond of the house but it seem like its only for them. So we needed to dress up and move a car 50 meter away on a street. Overall we didnt understand the difference of such a small distance and he showed it very clearly that he was unhappy with us parking there.

    It is a nice accommodation to book in the suburbs. With car to the Cathedral, where you can find free parking, is about 15 min. There is non stop Neto store 3 min walk. The room was specious and warm. Nice kitchen with excellent coffee machine. The hosts are welcoming and polite. They live upstairs.
    The common areas are really cold - kitchen, bathroom, dining place. The bedroom is spacious, but with tiny bed. Two can sleep, but it could be bigger. Some of the food left by other travelers in the fridge was way over its best before date. You should check carefully before eating/drinking.

    Perfect for my needs, thanks for a nice stay!
    The layout and safety for the rooms was nice. The kitchen was well-equipped. The location was very close to a 24 hour Netto supermarket, which was great!
    The bed pillow was very thin, which is a personal preference. Having a door to the kitchen would help block noise.

    It is very welcoming and homely, lovely and warm and really clean The house is done modern and the beds are really comfy Being able to open a window is great to circulate the air We were able to use a washing machine and this for us was a real bonus
    The kitchen is very basic but we ate out and only had breakfast there for the 2 nights we stayed
