The staff's service during the Christmas holiday was very much lacking and unsatisfactory, From check-in when it was already 3pm, our room was not ready yet and was told to wait for another 30 minutes. When asking the staff at the front desk regarding the time and location Christmas Eve Buffet Dinner later that evening which was not advertised, they vaguely said to check either the 3rd floor restaurant or the 5th floor poolside and did not tell us the time. I WhatsApp them around 3:40pm regarding the dinner but did not received any updates or explanations until we personally went down to 3rd floor restaurant at 6:30pm and found the venue of the dinner, as we sat down the staff sent a reply at 6:58pm "Thank you for your message. We're unavailable right now, but will respond as soon as possible.". The staff in charge of the Christmas Buffet was confused as they were cutting the food labels for the buffet while we asked them if this was the venue for the dinner. There were no other guests there, only us. The ambience was quiet with little to no hearable music, the refrigerators at the back can be heard more clearly. We sat at our seats confused u til a staff came to us stumbling his words and stuttering to tell us "can go take..." meaning to say that we can go and enjoy the buffet, with no food labels. The turkey was dry, and the air conditioning was set too cold to sit and enjoy our meal. Overall, the Christmas Eve Dinner Buffet was not worth it as the ambience and service was terrible. During our stay as well, there were no staff stationed at the entrance to take down our room number for the breakfast, the drinks were also not restocked. When we were felling peckish at night, the room service was useless as I was put on hold for a long time, to be received a response from the room service staff and upon wanting to state my order, they said to please hold and no one picked up the call.
