The bed wasnt comfortable. The very small tv in room didnt work. It took 3 days to resolve the main tv to work

Very good

Gold coast holiday

The resort was beautiful and we loved the pool and spa the room was so clean and it had everything we needed to cook like we were at hm. We enjoyed the walk around the outside looking at gardens and car park was great not far to walk to elevator.

The Cafe wasn't open longer enough

Great Christmas Stay, great space, good facilities and continent location.

Space, the 3 bedroom room was perfect size for the family, everyone getting their own beds. We had another 3 bedroom for the other family, and the living room and balcony was big enough to have everyone for dinners etc Location, right near the broad beach shops and Pac Fair, gives you everything you need.

Not a big issue, but only 2 elevator per section can cause delays getting up and down.

Friendly cafe staff, most of the room was clean, comfortable bed.

Dirty carpet and mat, aircon didnt work (staff got it fixed but it stopped working again), toddler could not use pool area as the tiles were extremely slippery when wet, tv didnt work for a few days in family members room.

Was apparently a quiet room ,screaming and yelling to be heard early hours of the morning, slamming of doors evening and

Was supposed to be newly renovated, the apartment was old , bathroom looked new. Carpet filthy dirty.lounge-and chairs filthy and floor dirty. Smelt like a bottle of bleach when we walked in. Pool crowed no space to get a chair, yes it was Boxing Day, but still its very limited space around pool
