great friendly staff breakfast buffet perfect late check out that served the purpose perfectly because of late departure

room terrible view backside hotel no pool though info made impression that there was. expensive health spa, not included in room rate.

Excellent hotel with delicious restaurant

The room was very comfortable the bed in particular was excellent. The view from the room was magnificient and room and bathroom were always perfectly clean. The breakfast choices were very large and tasty. The bar and the restaurant were excellent. The wellness center was excellent.

It is difficult to find a problem to this hotel, it is very well taken care off and is very well designed. If I could make a suggestion to the owner I will make a roof-top bar.

Good stay in Cagliari

The location was nice and the staff friendly and helpful. The breakfast was tasty.

There were some strange noises coming from two sources, I believe one was the construction of the tower where the rooms are located. The other one seemed to be ventilation.

Perfect business hotel

Everything is properly organized as it should be in business hotels. Good breakfasts. Very nice bar and patio.

Restaurant is overpriced, but food and cocktails for dinner were nice. The waiter confused the meal we ordered, but due to the fact that waiting was long we decided to leave as it was. However we didnt get any discount or compliment because of the issue.

Fantastic, great facilities, location and super helpful staff.

The facilities were perfect, it's a very high end hotel, it's exactly what I expected for a 4 Star hotel. Great deco in shared areas and modern bedroom. The bedroom was a good size for a single occupancy, clean, good air conditioning, sound proofing was very good. It was good to have a bathroom with a bath and shower. Staff were quick to refill bath toiletries on request. The room had all the essentials for a comfortable stay. There was a good choice for breakfast and staff were very attentive. The bar area was high end and there was a beautifully styled space outside for having drinks / food etc. Once again bar staff were very attentive. The gym area is small but adequate, good variety of machines and free weights. The size isn't an issue as I expect it probably doesn't get busy since most visitors I imagine stay at the hotel for holidays or business so might not have the time to use the gym. Unfortunately I didn't get the chance to visit the Spa area which is a big jacuzzi type pool, it sounds great so will definitely check this out on my next visit. The restaurant was near to the bar area, I had the seafood risotto with scampi sauce and shelled prawn which was okay. Staff on the reception were very helpful with directions and ordering taxis. Also it's very good that you are able to buy bus tickets from them which saves time trying to find where to buy one. It was also in a great location, 20 minutes walk to centre, 5 minutes to buses and high street.

The only aspect I didn't like was the fried breakfast, didn't like the very hard sausages and oily bacon, I had this twice then switched to the continental breakfast for the rest of my stay. Not having a fried breakfast isn't hugely important and not a deal breaker for not visiting the hotel again.
