    Avoid if u can!
    Really central !
    On the first room the window was broken, I had to change 3 times to change room as they didnt believe that the window was not working. In the second room the ac was extremely noice and I didnt bother to mention because the stuff approach was make us feel that we were the problem . Without mention that in this room The smell Was dreadful.

    It was a place to sleep.
    The location was good and the air conditioning was good.
    the room looked into a service area. A ventilation fan for the subway system went on from 8am to 6 pm and made a horrible noise making the room unusable during the day. The bathroom was antique and shower head flowed like a hose.

    The hotel receptionist were the most inconsiderate pair of hosts Ive ever dealt with. We initially tried to stay at another location but unfortunately it was fully booked, the hotel receptionist said that that their affiliated hotel (Unique Executive Central) had 9 rooms available. We decided to go to this hotel since rooms were guaranteed to be available. We arrived at 9:45pm to find two gentleman arguing, I approached the counter and requested a room. The gentleman very rudely stated that the hotel does not accept walk in and a reservation must be done. I proceeded to make a reservation and even with the confirmation in hand they refused to allow me to get a room, they said they couldnt allow me in until the reservation came in on their end. 40 minutes later they finally got their confirmation and finally allowed me to get a room. The room was ok, but the restroom had horrible foul smell. Luckily we only had to spend one night there. Not a hotel I would recommend to anyone.

    Loved the location, disappointed with the hotel.
    The breakfast was fine and the hotel location was great
    The rooms were very bare and basic and in poor repair. The bathroom taps leaked badly and the shower was awful. It also wasnt very clean.

    the hotel was a hoax, the photos on the internet with what you find are 2 different things, I felt cheated and I couldn't cancel, everything was already paid for, old, in poor condition, the plumbing leaked, the truth is a disaster. I don't recommend it to anyone. If it were up to me I wouldn't come back
