It's the perfect place near the old city center. Very courteous and helpful staff.

Very clean and comfortable room. The bathroom was fantastic and the shower was very spacious. Very thorough cleaning service.

Value for money spacious but dated room in a convenient location

Staffed 24/7, we had no problem checking in and out. Just take note that city tax is not included in booking.com payment so be prepared to pay on site when checking in. All staff we met were friendly, professional yet with a smile on their faces. Room is quite dated (this building carries some historical significant so make sure you ask for more info from the staff) but very spacious. Room was also clean and with all the basic amenities provided. Only less than 10 minute walk to old town square, the location is also pretty convenient. The street was surprisingly very quiet and we felt safe given the police station was just across the road.

Not much. Room a bit dated but still well maintained. Only one lift to service the whole building but we didn't have to wait long each time.

No more than 3 stars. Not comfortable and very old

It was very clean and the staff were more than nice. Breakfast was very good as well

The beds and the pillows were a disaster. We asked for other kinds of pillows and they have nothing. The decorations of the rooms/hotel are very poor. Very big bathroom, but the shower is a little cabinet in the corner, not comfortable and a lot of space. No more than 3 stars... And very expensive. I booked it because it has 9.8 points on many websites, and it was badly rated.
