    Quiet location with lovely views yet in easy reach of Rotorua area. Well equipped. Good Wi-Fi.

    Nice place to stay just out of Rotorua. Super clean and tidy with all the amenities needed :) bed was super comfortable, great shower, all facilities were fantastic! Check in and out was easy. Wifi worked well and having Netflix on the tv was great! Beautiful location, thanks for having us.

    Nice environment but host is not very accommodating.
    This place is in the middle of the wood with a lot of tall trees
    As we brought along our son with us last minute, the host requested to add an additional NZD100 for the booking in cash. Host just provided a mattress for sleeping on the floor

    The host wasnt very easy to deal with and the tv had no antenna and dvd wasnt working.
