What made the Up Hotel special is the staff and the whole concept of a smart hotel with a bunch of apps and perks around. The hotel is a short walk from the beach on a small side street. It is full of smart functions leaving the guests a lot of choices to shape the comfort of their stay. The staff is unmatched in kindness and eagerness to make your stay as relaxed and feel at home as possible.

Some design elements such as the sliding bathroom door, and control of air-conditioning appear leftover from an earlier version of the hotel and not working properly. A bit less of smart apps and a bit more care of analog, basic amenities would make the hotel a real gem.

Perfect stopover travelling from Greece to the UK.

Really quirky little hotel. Something very different and modern (and we are old foggies!). The staff were exemplary, especially Mr Breakfast man. Dog made welcome too.
