    Location was very close to old town and all major attractions.
    Hot water wasnt hot enough we complained but wasnt fixed

    Very comfortable room and central location
    Very comfortable stay at Urban Creme. The rooms were very clean and comfortable, and the location was very central. The check-in process was also very seamless and comminication with the hotel prior to arrival was good.
    As explained in other reviews, the gym only had an elliptical machine, bike and a power tower in a small room. We would have also preferred to have an actual double bed rather than two single beds aside eachother.

    A place for a perfect stay
    This was an absolutely wonderful experience from start to finish. Location of the hotel is amazing, three minutes from metro station, tram/bus stop literally across the road, many cafes along the street, Lidl inside a small shopping mall in 5 minute walk and big shopping center in 10 minute walk. The breakfast was great, complimentary coffee in the room was a nice touch. Room itself was even bigger and more comfortable than I imagined, panoramic window definitely added to the vibe, especially when it started snowing. I also have to commend staff for all of their help, this was hands down the best experience I've ever had in a hotel. Will definitely try to stay here next time if I go to Prague again!

    Smallest thing ever - would be great to have a hook on the inside of the bathroom door to hang the towel as leaving it on the handle made me worried it would get wet while showering. But such a tiny nuisance is not that important considering all the positive things.

    Good place to stay but
    Location is good. I was allocated room in the 5the floor and although I could hear noises on the hallway i was able to sleep without street noise. They made us check-in a bit early.
    Bathroom had cosmetic defects and unlike shown in the picture theres no sink provided in the bathroom(we booked a Superior double room). We stayed in room 506, there we couldnt control the room temperature and its around 25-26 degrees in the night so we couldnt get good sleep. Worst part is we asked for late checkout till 14:00 and the receptionist said thats ok. But when we checked out they charged us 9 euro per hour. They shouldve informed us upfront about this. I travel to many countries and stayed in lot of hotels, but this is the first time paying for late checkout

    The light on the room is non existent. The rooms are super dark by design? You could barely see even with all the lights open. Also the rooms were small compared to other hotels in same category in Prague.
