    Lovely hotel and location but wont be staying there again.

    On check in we were asked to pay a 200 holding deposit which we were told would not be taken but it was and this information was not advised via booking.com when we made the booking

    Very clean. They upgraded the room at no extra cost. Plenty of parking. Very quiet place yet centrally located.
    We liked everything. We can only say that the coffee quality could be better.

    Great hotel complex for couples and families.
    Great hotel, modern, clean and good facilities. Very helpful and accommodating staff. Nice breakfast. Will come again. Better for those with cars.

    Modern boutique hotel in tranquil setting
    We have stayed before. Peaceful & tranquil location. Spotless room & public areas. Tastefully decorated. Nice staff. Good breakfast with plenty of choice and a big plus is that I was able to get almond milk for breakfast w/o any fuss. Nice spa with reasonably priced treatments. Will be back next year for sure.

    We received a free upgrade to a bigger room. Room and facilities were 100% clean. Breakfast offered a nice variety, including warm meals.
    Spa area was small. Only 1 sauna available, steam room was out of order.

    A memorable stay at a very reasonable price.
    The room we were given was lovely, cosy, clean and spacious. The outdoor greenery surrounding the residence blocks was also a big plus as it created a relaxing atmosphere. We also appreciated the excellent choice offered at the breakfast buffet as well as the background Christmas music which put us in a cheerful Christmassy mood.
    Unfortunately due to the bad weather that we experienced during our stay, we were discouraged from availing ourselves of the spa facilities as we would have had to walk some distance from our room to the building housing the spa facilities. We were concerned that we might catch a cold when we returned to our room after having used the spa.
