    The room was amazing with absolutely brilliant hosts , price was great value for money . The breakfast was exceptional and had the best night's sleep . Very clean I would definitely recommend to anybody visiting Aberdeen. I would give it higher than 10

    The perfect B&B
    I was greeted at the door by Mike with a big smile and even a bad joke that still made me laugh Mike and Kim are absolutely fantastic hosts and made sure I was very comfortable and well looked after. The room was perfect and very clean. Location is perfect and most things are no more than a 10 to 15 minute walk away. Breakfast was brilliant and plenty of it. Ive decided to become a long term guest as I work in the city through the week, which I think speaks volumes for the high standard of B&B it is. maybe I will get a chance to see if his jokes get any better now haha. Thanks guys, and look forward to it being my home away from home.

    The hosts were amazing, from checking in to checking out. Lovely people, who clearly make the guests staying at their house, feel more than guests. The house is amazing in it's character and location. Will definitely come back again .

    Excellent!
    Greeted with a smile, communication was tip top and was made to feel very welcome. Room (and everything else) was lovely, bed very comfy and clean plus a yummy breakfast. House is in a good spot near Union Square, walked to work at the Royal Infirmary each morning which was nice too. Can't fault anything, very happy and would go back if get the chance.
