The main hotel building is so beautiful and clean. There is an Arabic manager Samer he was so helpful helping us with the rooms and make us stay together. They have Arabic breakfast and it was good.

Loved the pool, loved the gym, loved the room
We checked in after 30ish minutes waiting and they sent us to a room which was already occupied so we had to go back down and wait another 45 mins for another room after we had just arrived from a 9 hour flight at 11pm. This was very frustrating because all we wanted was to get some rest after a long flight.

Unpleasant stay
As a family with two children, we were hoping for a comfortable and peaceful stay. However, we were given a room in another building so we had to cross the street with the kids every time want to go to breakfast and come back . The view of the room was horrendous. It was much worse than what was advertised on the hotels website or on booking. Our room actually overlooked a dumpster! . Additionally, we were disturbed by loud nightclub music that played close to our room until late at night. The walls were vibrating due to the bass of the music, which made it difficult for us and our kids to sleep. This is definitely one of my worst experiences at any hotel

Fantastic breakfast, staff excellent throughout. Great doormen and welcome drinks and daily truffle hour. Room very smart, love the bath tub and style. Shuttle very handy and runs all day. Pool and gym both great, clean and spacious. Enjoyed the extras in our room for being on our honeymoon.
Needs to be made clear the hotel is split across two buildings, the second being across a busy road and with a nightclub on the bottom floor. On our first night we got to sleep at 3am due to noise from the club - these should not be offered to guests at all! Luckily they moved us the next night but we had already lost many hours and we know some other guests weren't so lucky. Location not ideal, far to get into town.

Very interesting property poorly managed
Its a beautiful property, they have hundreds of rooms, a small gym, a club and a swimming pool on the same floor and 2 restaurants. Its new or just renovated, its a nice style and all.
A used condom I found near my bed side. The communication with the staff was soooo hard, many Thais nowadays speak a fluent English, but there is no such a thing. Mainly what really did get on my nerves was that in the effort to repair for the condom they did everything they could to save at a point I felt scammed. They brought me to the point that really made me angry and I pushed them through a fair room upgrade on my well paid stay extension and a complimentary airport transfer. At the end things got normalized they only should have managed themselves to do what they did after me pushing them. But after all let me tell you this, you should go there, its probably the most interesting quality/price ratio in Bangkok, just make sure youre given a well cleaned room and not to need too much staffs help

10/10 - definitely recommend.
This property gave a great impression. The location, cleanliness, the breakfast buffet and the staff were all very friendly. We ended up heading to the hotel a little earlier than planned and they have accommodated us and allowed us to check in early (with an extra charge). We are grateful for their service.
The only thing i disliked was their toilet flush needing to be flushed twice/thrice before clearing and having to wait between each flush for the water to refill before trying again.
