    Very good location, nice neighbourhood, close to metro, yet silent.
    It was very clean and tidy, it had all the equipment needed.
    Minor things, Some of the light bulbs were out.

    It was very easy to access the train station from the room. It made our stay enjoyable. We could have access to many services nearby.

    Top top modern place to stay in a ideal location
    The location is absolutely amazing for Vatican city as you have the underground 5 mins away. We drove from the UK and parking is right outside the property (very secure) and the property itself is very modern with the most divine shower and aircon, everything you need for a holiday highly highly recommend this place

    The host was so helpful and very friendly. The apartment was very clean and modern and spacious.
    This place is conveniently located near the Vatican City. It was only a shot walk to the metro, so getting around to other sightseeing locations was easy.

    Please do not book, save your sanity and do not ruin your holiday
    Good location, 10 minute walk to the Vatican city. Secure parking. Cheap compared to other areas in Rome (see negatives for possible explanation)
    1) Could not find the property (had to call the owner multiple times before he answered to vaguely direct us. Even showed a local the message (was in Italian) and they could not help 2) 20 euro bed linen fee (as advertised in VERY small print) did not expect to have to make our own bed though... 3) Bed and pillows very uncomfortable 4) Lots of light switches that do not work (lamps plugged in to random plugs) so when you flick the switch, nothing happens and you have to fumble around in the dark trying to find some light 5) Extremely aggressive dog next door (think it lives outside, only a Chihuahua but barks like a Doberman and is not friendly) 6) Very loud neighbours, waking you up on a WEEKDAY....walls very thin so can hear walking around and cupboards opening 7) Only 1 large towel provided and 1 mini towel (which my poor my husband had to use) not good enough for 2 guests

    Cleam but Simple stay in Rome
    its very clean. simple. facility is working well.
    I stayed one night. stayed the place only by myself. when I arrive the address, there are similar apartment all around the place and have no idea which one I will stay. the woman only send me a message in Italian. (I couldnt call the owner as i dont want to make international call). finally a security guy helped me to find the place. the faculty is very simple and do not have anything except towel and a Nespresso machine. Even body wash soap. Finally, the owner send me a message that I have to leave 20 euro for linens. i am not sure whether it is a fair amount.

    - Clean Apartment with a piece of green in front. - Perfect location to discover Rome. - Free parking spot, safe.
    - Kitchen equipment could be better (wineglass, sharp knife for cooking,...). - We missed additional toilet paper, kitchen paper.
