The location is great, the rest is disappointing

The location is great with ski-in/out. Breakfast is good.

The dinner was very mediocre and definitely way below what we expected based on descriptions and the price you pay. The food was very basic and not local. The staff was friendly but untrained and disorganised. Many orders were wrong and took a lot of time to come, if they came at all. The spa is too small for the size of the hotel. The rooms are quite dated, but clean. There is clearly no manager on site and cost cutting everywhere. Overall not worth the price we paid.

Fabulous hotel & location. Food very very poor at dinner!..Facility opening times shocking!!!

Location ..hotel was very cleanfacilities were good but not open until evening time not good enough for a luxury holiday. Christmas time in Zell and no tree decorations or atmosphere in the hotel..shocking!..hotel short staffed and customers could recognise same. Our 3rd time staying in Vaya but would be very doubtful to stay again even though its so convenient. I think this is what the owners are depending on convenience !!..

Every thing was wonderful , the room was very clean , the location was very good and near cable car special thanks to the staff of reception and as well as to restaurant staff (Mis Aryana ) for their excellent behavior

Exceptional

Everything was great - we were well looked-after, the food was good, and the Sommer Card gave us access to loads of activities in the town. After dinner each night we went for a short walk in the edge of the countryside.

Gem in the Alps

Great hotel on the mountain with very easy bus access to centre that runs regularly. The hotel was spotless and the food was excellent! Parking right outside the hotel. The room was clean and comfortable with a powerful shower. The staff were so helpful and friendly especially Mario in the bar and Ariana at dinner they both went out of their way to make us feel special and were always smiling and happy. Nice little pool area that had access to sun loungers outside with a great view. Summer card included in the price with free or discounted access to lots of activities.

The room was a little dated compared to the rest of the hotel but it didn't affect our stay.

Close to the lift and lovely food

very close to the ski lift. food was delicious.

the reception staff werent knowledgeable or competent at times. if you want to eat out in the evenings the hotel is a long way from the town and the bus is very infrequent.
