    The long road name didnt go in the Navi, So a bit tricky to find.

    Adequate. I would stay again.
    Room was large, breakfast was adequate but nothing "cooked".
    Lack of fridge, and fresh milk. Nearby railway line was a little noisy.

    It was a good stay, excellent location, but breakfast could have been a bit better.
    The room and bathroom were very spacious, clean and with good air conditioning. Parking was very good. The location was perfect for us.
    Breakfast was OK, it didnt appear to get topped up, so if you arrived a bit later for breakfast you missed out on certain items. There was no opportunity to make your own hot drinks, Im not sure if we would have been able to have a 2nd hot drink at breakfast. We were a bit pushed for time, so didnt actually have time to find out.

    Good to have free parking.
    Nice room. Great to have free parking. The Pisa tower is 15 minutes walk away.
    Mind the railroad which is close by and you will hear the trains passing by. Also there's lots of mosquitoes, so would be nice to take some sprays with you for kids especially. Nothing in the area, to eat or find a store you need to walk or drive.

    Thats very good appartement if: 1.you are staing for 1 night 2. you are traveling by car-free park place near the building, easy check in. 3.personal is polite and aswers questions during the day 4. Appartement itself has everything you need for the stay 5. Piza tower you can reach by foot.
    I would not say, that i disliked it, but for the breakfast could be more meals for choice

    Poor and expensive for what it is.
    Not much tbh, apart of the fact that parking was free and late self check in was easy to follow.
    Booked a family apartment for 2 adults 2 children and aditional bedding was not supplied. Only one double bed was made up. The sofa wasnt prepared nor bedding supplied. The double bed bed sheet seemed used before with lots of creases and hair....the pilows had a particular smell....could. ot sleep on it. When the train passed the whole building was trembling. Cleaning was very poor...cobwebs at corners. Towels brown and grim. Breakfast poor for the money paid.
