Perfect location. Private but near everything. Windows opened to canal and was perfect for viewing the gondolas and hearing the serenading.

We stayed here for just two days, to visit the Biennale. Stefano, our Host was really friendly and the communication between us was fast, which we like! The Room was comfortable, we slept really good and it was perfect for the short stay. The area was nice and you were really fast by good restaurants and bars. The room was clean and we felt comfortable. Thank you very much for that warm and cozy stay ! We will visit again for sure

It saddens me to let you know how disappointed I am. This is my birthday trip, and I decided to end it in Venice since I had never been. I know I am on a budget, but from what I had paid, I was expecting something better, a little nicer. The room is clean and the sheets as well, but it is way too small. I hardly fit in the bathroom, let alone my wife and our suitcases. I was ready to go to the San Marco or the Casanova, which was larger and thus my other option but unfortunately it was fully booked. I find that the price does not match the reality. Being close to the canal does not compare to having a comfortable room to arrive to. Or maybe it was bad luck and I just got the worst room in the building
