The hotel is in a nice location and has a lovely ambience. It is so clean and the beds are comfortable. The rooms are spacious. The staff are helpful and friendly. Free parking too.

We booked a deluxe room and it was really nice, we loved it, it had a huge balcony with a beautiful sea view, sun beds, parking was free and there were enough spaces, it was just a 5 minute walk to the beach, staff at the reception was really nice, helpful and friendly, our dog was allowed to the hotel and beach as well, pool seemed to be nice but we didnt use it

We were told the breakfast are till 10:00, one day we came at 9:30, started eating, we were probably the last ones coming to eat because at 9:45 we noticed the staff started taking all the food away, even though we still wanted to get more food, but we didnt get the chance. I work in a restaurant too and this, in my opinion, was unprofessional and rude. Dont tell us the breakfast is untill 10:00 if its 9:45 and there is no food left for us to eat and all the staff is just preparing tables for lunch and not taking care of the guest during breakfast. They try to look professional wearing suits and all the elegants clothes, but their behavior is rude and unprofessional. I dont know if this is something that happens in Italy only, but we have never experienced it in any other hotel in the world.

A wonderful hotel in a great location

We loved our stay here! The staff are extremely helpful. The pool is very well kept (cloth bathing hats required!), the terrace is great for pre-dinner drinks (the bar staff know their cocktails!) and there is ping pong, table football and a small playground for the kids. Free parking is available, inc. some underground spaces. The rooms are large (even the cheapest ones), clean, and attractive. The air conditioning works well, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms modern and clean. Breakfast was good - plenty of variety and really good quality. We opted for half board, because there are very few restaurants in the area that do evening meals. The dinners are highly recommended: antipasti buffet, then 2 main courses, each with 2 excellent choices, and a good selection of desserts. They do also cater specifically for kids - you just need to ask. The beach is just opposite the hotel, so perfect access to the sea. Do investigate booking beach places beforehand: getting an umbrella is not guaranteed!

Possibly the only limitations are that there aren't any big shops within walking distance, only a few small local shops and small supermarkets nearby. Taxis can be hard to find (although that's not the hotel's fault - they will do their best to get you one!) and it's a long way to the train station. If you're not half board, eating out in the evenings could be limited, as there are very few restaurants open in the evenings.
