The views and facilities were great. Neat rooms that are very spacious! The hotel is in a relaxed area of Melbourne.

Good location and great bed

The bed!!! It was the best bed we have slept in at a hotel. The city view was also a great outlook over the city skyline.

One of the restaurants was not open because they were in between menus. The pool and spa were not working. We ordered room service and I couldnt eat the chicken parmigiana. It seemed most likely processed, frozen chicken with so much crumb, it made up more than the chicken itself. Pretty disappointing considering it was $30.
