    We arrived by 11am they told us to wait for 1 hour, room is getting cleaned then after 1 hour they said you have wait till 2pm as guests are still in room then finally they gave the room by 2:30pm then room cleaning service is the worst thing they do,they said we ll clean the room alternate days but even if we go and inform in the reception they wont respond properly, they wont even provide water bottles daily, for even towel we should keep on calling them, totally worst experience

    If you like all this nightlife vive - the location is great for you.
    All is all right, but if you like quiet places and with family - central Pattaya is not for you.

    Location is excellent, the two lady's at reception are very nice and accommodating. Enjoyed my stay here.
    Although there is a very large swimming pool, the complex is only just missing a fitness centre.
