Beautiful cottages, nice design and good views to the landscaped gardens Thoughtfully designed interiors Helpful staff, good breakfast

The air-conditioning in one of the rooms did not work. Although the bedsheets were cleaned, there were stains on one of them. There were no hangers in the ward robe. The sofa seats on the patio were covered in dust and needed cleaning.

Loved it.

Liked the facilities.

Most of the rooms were taken by one single group, it was noisy and crowded. Suggestion not to take more rooms it all the place is been taken by one group.

Pleasant

overall a pleasant stay but can definitely be better with more focus on overall cleanliness.

It has a good location (away from the city and hence very peaceful) and the staff are willing to make the stay a comfortable one.

The bathrooms can definitely be cleaner & better maintained and also all the window latches need to be checked so they close properly.

Management is not good, staff not very competent. They kept asking ro cancel booking from Booking.Com and said that I don't have to pay gst. But I didn't agree

The property is good but its very far from the Mysore city. I suggest to book this property only for staycation, not ideal if planning to stay at night and sightseeing.
