Comfortable and well positioned but could improve.

Very good

staff were great, friendly, and knowledgeable. Given a sea view room. Very clean.

No tea/coffee making facilities. No kettle or supplys.. Bar area seemed lacking in decor.

We came as a large family group, the hotel was light, spacious and plenty of space for us to gather.

It was well looked after and very spacious. Ideal for our family group.

A very nice stay in Vilamoura, the hotel over all was very nice.

Great location / very clean and friendly staff. A lovely spa and breakfast.

The price of drinks were a little high.

Superb

I enjoy coming to stay and will return in January.

I liked the room I eventually got. I booked 2 sea view superior rooms and was given 1st floor sea view, or I would describe them both as Pool view. My son was quite happy to accept the room, I on the other hand asked for a higher floor which I got. All good.

The original room! Also the fact that I had to go back to reception to complain is not ideal after a long day travelling. Then having to move to another room.
