Really great apartments and stafff

Excellent stay in these nice apartments..friendly and helpful staff. We would like to come back for longer. Great breakfast, easy parking etc.

Vila Luz an absolute recommend

The staff went out of their way to help provide recommendations for day trips, dinner suggestions and when we explained their was a leaking toilet the noise was fixed right away

Nothing about the stay to complain about - on the other hand we called Booking.com Internationally to question the substantive upcharge between the hotel rate and their rate and my wife was disconnected. We tried calling them back and the number was no longer working. So much for Booking.com customer service.

Absolutely perfect!

Everything was fantastic. The room was perfect for us and our dogs. We had an amazing view, the breakfast was great and everyone was so very friendly and helpful. We would definitely recommend and stay again.

I seriously do not have a bad word to say. Everything was great!

Lovely hotel, magnificant staff, quiet location in November.

Breakfast: good selection of foods for all tastes View: shaded balcony off ground floor room with view of pools Room: good bathroom with walk-in shower; comfortable bed; dining/food preparation area.

Unsure if the dining room was set up for summer crowds, but for this disabled lady having the drinks on one side of the room and the food on the other was tiring. Kind guests helped me out. All the handwash and shower liquids were too far away to be used, so Im glad I brought my own liquids with me. The bedside telephone didn't work on Friday evening and it was due to be connected Saturday but that didnt happen. Had my mobile with me. Again, height-related: all Portuguese hotels assume that their guests are very tall. Could not use the hanging rail in the wardrobe (no trampoline provided!), all kitchenware and bath towels had to be brought down and placed on surfaces for me to us. Staff were incredibly kind and helpful.

Perfect location. Gorgeous apartment with sea views!

We loved our balcony sea view! The apt. Was we spacious and cute. Everything was in the unit .... except for a toaster, but breakfast was included anyway and very good. Apt. Was filled with natural light,, and the balcony was surrounded by banana plants and bougainvillea, so very pleasant. Enjoyed the beautiful cliff trails nearby as well as the beach and restaurants downtown. Superb location. Staff were super friendly and helpful!

A perfect place to be and a perfect short stay was had.

The whole property was well maintained, cleaned to a high standard and inviting. One of the things we noticed, amongst others, were the high number of available sockets in the apartment and in todays world with all the electronic gadgets a bonus indeed. The staff were helpful, courteous and friendly. The bar in the hotel was a perfect spot for coffee, cocktails and should you like one a night cap. Exceptional place.

There was definitely nothing in our minds not to like.
