Left after 1 day in a four day stay. Hotel did not refund! Not good value at all. Poor condition of rooms, old not maint

Only the location, this was the only good thing.

Really made our Christmas stay an unpleant experience.

Nothing - the pool area may have been ok 10 - 20 years ago.

Property old and run down - not as depicted in booking.com. Exorbitant price for room where adjoining door to next room meant your could hear every word (and more!) from neighbours and. The buffet breakfast very ordinary.

Disappointing resort that missed the mark. There is an abundance of excellent resorts around so go somewhere else instea

The location is fantastic, near to the main strip but not too close that it was noisy. Rooms and bathrooms were well equipped and comfortable. The pool is a good size and fun for children

It is quite old and not maintained well. Broken decking and tiles around the pool. The breakfast buffet was awful. Food was running out and quality was not good. There was never plates, glasses, coffee cups. Also the hotel lets in outside guests and so on 3 of our 5 mornings there was no where for us to sit and we had to wait and then ask for the tables to be cleared and then move our own tables as we were a group of 5. Quality of ingredients used is also poor. The cocktails at the pool could have been amazing but all the fruit juice was sweet and highly processed and out of a box. Check in and check out were awful. The manager at the reception has very few people skills and was incredibly defensive and kept talking over us when we were trying to give feedback. It ruined the last morning for us as we had to dispute our bill. We have stayed on Gili T twice before at the Trawangan resort and Ko-ko-mo and both were far superior resorts and a much more relaxed and enjoyable experience. Other staff around the resort however, were very friendly and helpful.
