    Great option for the price and location.
    Nice location. Good breakfast options. Nice view from the pool area.
    The hotel may ask for additional payment for using their towels (there's a note that if you try to use them while you have sunscreen/cosmetics/etc you might have to hay penalty). The most of the guests are seniors (this isn't a minus for sure, but the next item might be caused by that). The guests, who have booked the rooms near the pool, might scream at you if you try to sit/relax in the pool area after 7pm. Due to, you may be either near their rooms (some of them have doors right to the pool) or disturb them to sleep (yes, at 7pm).

    Fairly good to enjoy the beach
    The location is quite good, it is 4 mins to the beach and 10 minutes to the city center where all cafes and bars are, the view is amazing from the pool area and you can enjoy the sunrise in the morning
    The rooms are small and quite dark, with people walking in front of the windows. Breakfast is fairly poor with no variety and almost no hot options. The town itself is not that enjoyable to be in

    Hotel is in a really good location - few minutes both from ocean and from centre. Breakfast was very good (and also with perfect view from terrace). The staff was also very nice.
    Very strict hotel rules regarding using everything in hotel room (not seen such in any other hotel previously). Added photos with responsibility agreement which we signed while check-in and also warning in bathroom. Also, don't forget to take hair dryer (the one in room doesn't dry anything :()

    Love the hotel location and staff, and the Rooms were clean and nice.
    Liked the location most of all. Beautiful view of the ocean and near old town center. Staff was very friendly and helpful to all our needs. Breakfast was great and plentiful. Hotel was not overly crowded and only adults.
    Nothing to dislike here. The desk staff was often working in the kitchen or elsewhere, so we sometimes had to look for them to answer questions, but that's a minor issue.

    Vila Sao Vicente is great for exploring Alburefia Old Town
    The location of Vila Sao Vicente is excellent if you want to be close to Albuferia old town. The seaview room was very nice. The simple continental style breakfast was more than excellent and we soon started looking forward to it.
    We were initially located in a street side facing room which we found very noisy at night. We requested a move to a seaview room (extra cost) which was much quieter.

    Bad smell water/sewage in room for first couple of days. All members of staff extremely friendly and helpful with the exception of one male individual in reception - not the one with dark hair, the balding one.

    Rude guy in reception , had two rooms booked , sea view for myself and he gave it to my friends even though I had my name against it on the booking , first made out it was our fault then when I showed him booking with my name on it a bit later he wanted me to move my friends out of it and when I would t he said he would . I pointed out it would be rude to expect people to move who have unpacked and I stayed in the street view room .
