    Lovely villa but a bit tired.
    Loved the villa and pool. Great location.
    Aircon in main bedroom was very noisy and didnt cool at all. The tv was in German and despite contacting the owner no solution was found. Everything looked quite tired and needs a revamp paint and external lights need replacing.

    Clean and functional, just what we needed. The pool was a nice bonus.
    One of the beds were broken, but fortunately we were fewer guests than planned so we made do. We might have struggled with 9 people.

    The location is fantastic, set on the marina where there is plenty of restaurants and convenience stores to get your essentials for your stay. Quiet location with stunning views. Would most definitely stay here again.

    Lovely villa on a lovely marina for a friends get together after 2 years of covid.
    Was in a really good location. We had a couple of slightly disabled friends and the villa and local area were really easy to access. A ground floor bedroom and bathroom were easily accessible for them and the surrounding are was flat so was easy to walk around.
    The villa would have been better with an update in the area around the pool as there were a couple of mounds in the fake grass that everyone kept tripping over. Might have been dangerous for young children. It would have been helpful if there were instruction as to how to use the tv, dishwasher, washing machine and oven. We had to try and work out everything ourselves. Did not get tv to work, not a problem to us but could be if it was raining outside and there were children to keep occupied.
