    Overall a lovely stay, very accommodating and responsive!
    Loved everything about this stay! From the hospitality of the owners,staff and the location is ideal for anyone looking for a comfortable stay in Kandy. We had a lovey breakfast prepared by Upi, definitely made us feel at home!

    Had a great short stay here. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfast was delicious!
    The location was further from the crowded city area. It was quiet and peaceful. The breakfast was exceptionally good. The staff was also helpful and friendly.
    It was a little hard to find as there was no sign or board on the road

    Was a little skeptical early on but lucked out living here. Best.
    The best part of this hotel was its staff. Extremely jovial and ready to help with whatever you need. The person we interacted was with a person names Upi. Extremely kind person. When and if you live here ask him for the Villa 49 Pamcakes. The location is extremely close to anything worthwhile in Kandy. If you dont go out and want to eat in your room you can ask the staff to help you out or you can always order in from Uber Eats or Pick me apps.
    There is a problem finding this place the first time. No visible signs. But the location on Google Maps is accurate.

    First of all, the staff was wonderful. Very kind and hospitable. The welcome tea and cookies, brownies after returning from dinner, and traditional hopper breakfast were all delicious. Our family of 5 (3 young kids) stayed in the deluxe family room, which was clean and comfortable with a lovely view of the surrounding neighborhood. I had forgotten my asthma medicine at home, and when I casually mentioned this to the staff they quickly made calls and went out to get me the one I always take. I didn't think I could get one without a prescription here so I was happily surprised and extremely grateful.
