    Excellent location, friendly helpful staff.
    Everything except tge two points below.
    It would have been helpful if all guests were informed prior to arrival and upon arrival of the quiet hours. Two nights were disrupted.. The villa only had three sunbeds yet slept more. We understand this was due to soace but would have been good to know in advance

    A welcoming, stylish place to stay, with privacy but in a convenient central location
    Friendly, helpful staff and spacious, well-equipped modern apartment . Especially enjoyed the private pool and delicious breakfasts delivered to our room. Characterful area with plenty of restaurants nearby
    Building noise from nearby cranes but that is a temporary issue

    This is the best place I have stayed in. The facilities are excellent and everything is there that you need. The staff were excellent and so obliging. It is so central to Porto. I would thoroughly recommend this as a place to stay in Porto

    Our stay at Villa Almada was such a magical and wonderful experience. Susan, Gaia and the breakfast staff were so kind and helpful. Susan recommended amazing restaurants and helped us make reservations. The Villa is absolutely stunning and felt like home. We just couldnt wait to go home after a long day of exploring beautiful Porto. My daughters loved the pool! What a luxury to have a pool in the middle of the city! Highly highly recommend Villa Almada! We will always remember our stay in Porto! Wonderful memories Thank you Canto De Luz team!!!

    Amazing customer service and beautiful property! Will definitely be coming back!
    Everything - this place was perfect. The staff were extremely accommodating I was overwhelmed at their great customer service. I asked for some recommendations on where to get some pre flight covid tests, and they booked it all up for us. I did the same for some dinner recommendations, and they also booked up the loveliest place for us. I never asked for it, they offered all of this themselves which I appreciated so much. On one of the days we had to leave early (before breakfast) for a tour we had booked and they prepared us some sandwiches and cakes to take with us, also without us having to ask anything. Finally, we forgot something behind after we had left and they went out of their way to ship it to us back in the UK. They went above and beyond to make us feel very welcome and on top of that the villa is beautiful. It was very high tech and had great facilities and any time I needed something I found it in the villa. There was nothing we needed which we couldn't get. I will definitely be coming back, and also trying some of their other properties they have in other locations. We stayed in a few places in Portugal as we travelled around and this was definitely our favourite.

    Amazing staff! Extremely helpful and friendly
    Very good property! Has big comfortable rooms and big long size beds! Mattresses are very comfortable! Very clean! Shower is very good! Technology in every room which works super well! Pool very clean and amazing addition! 2 couples stayed there in a 2 bedroom and stayed comfortably! We had to leave early for flight back and the staff had prepared us some breakfast to take away for 4am!!! Breakfast otherwise in the morning was amazing! Fresh bakery and fruits! Orange juice was freshly squeezed! I cannot fault this place at all! Wish we could of stayed longer and will definitely be going back
